SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order. Processing includes making your products, labeling them, printing labels and packing products. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping is typically 2-3 business days after processing.

Once your order has been shipped  HDE is no longer responsible or liable. HDessentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately.

All orders are shipped via USPS so to resolve any issues please contact them directly from your tracking page.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or do exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
